Terms and Conditions

MOOLEII - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to shop with MOOLEII. We hope that you enjoy your experience.

These terms & conditions apply to all items ordered from MOOLEII and by placing your order you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

Our products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Purchase of products

When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email to the email address provided by you during the checkout process.  Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we send you a confirmation email.

Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we shall notify you as soon as possible.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Discontinued purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Note. We are unable to amend your order once it has been placed online.

Price and payment

We accept payment via PAYPAL, Credit Card and After Pay.  Full payment for your purchase must be made (except for After Pay purchases) before we can dispatch your order.

The prices shown on our website include any GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.


Delivery 

If the goods that you order are in stock at the time when your order is accepted then we will aim to dispatch your order within a maximum 5 working days.  We aim to dispatch most orders on the next working day.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. 

AUSTRALIA: Please allow up to 4 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.

The delivery cost is now a Flat Rate Service. 

We reserve the right to change our delivery costs at any time without notice to you. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE: 
By selecting 'Authority To Leave' at the checkout page our courier will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

MOOLEII and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release MOOLEII from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

If you do not give MOOLEII Authority to Leave, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur.

Returns

We are happy to refund within 30 days of purchase on full price items only. If we are running a promotion these are eligible for a refund. Minor Imperfections are not eligible. 

We know you will be eager to try your new MOOLEII products but please take care to ensure you keep them in good condition & with the original packaging in the event you may want to return or exchange your MOOLEII items. Please ensure they are re-packed the way they arrived & with care. If they are not resalable or received MOOLEII in the original condition they will not be accepted. 

We can only refund the credit card originally used for payment.

For goods received that are faulty or unworn, please email us at info@mooleii.com stating the order number and nature of the problem.

We will only refund postage costs up to the amount of a 3kg satchel-$13.80

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange within 30 days of purchase on full price items only. If we are running a promotion these are eligible for an exchange. Minor Imperfections are not eligible. 

Returned clothing items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition with tags.

We cannot return earrings due to Health and Safety regulations.

Please note MOOLEII will cover the cost of ONE exchange only per order. Any additional exchanges per order must be paid for by the customer. 

Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.

We recommend that you return your MOOLEII items via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.

PLEASE KEEP A RECORD OF THE TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOU HAVE SENT THE ITEMS AS WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST/ DELAYED PACKAGES.

Please note: Due to a high volume of orders we receive daily, we are unable to manually put aside exchange.

On receipt of goods you will be notified via email with a credit note in the form of a Gift Card to the value of the original price paid.

MOOLEII eGift Card

When purchasing an eGift card on www.mooleii.com, MOOLEII will issue the eGift Card to the email provided by the customer placing the order. MOOLEII DOES NOT issue paper copies.

eGift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. eGift cards may only be used for purchase online at www.mooleii.com and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

MOOLEII eGift cards CANNOT be redeemed outside of Australia.

No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at www.mooleii.com.

eGift cards expire 12 months after purchase. Any balance that remains on the eGift card after expiry will not be available for use, except as required by law. These terms and conditions may be amended by MOOLEII from time to time.

 

DISCOUNTS

  • Each Discount will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the discount is issued (including the length of time to use the code) in addition to those mentioned in these Terms of Use.
  • There are two ways of receiving a promo code:
    • We may send one to you via email for promotional use
    • From time to time, we may offer discounts on the MOOLEII Website & social media (Instagram & Facebook) that you can apply at checkout in order to receive a specific discount from us.
  • Only one discount can be used against an order at any one time.
  • A discount can't be applied to an order after that order has been placed.
  • If the discount has expired, you won’t be able use it.
  • If a discount is offered on the MOOLEII Website and can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promo code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the discount.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Codes are for use on MOOLEII Website only.
